Mullangi Poriyal is a delectable and healthy stir-fry recipe that is made using white radish. In South India, radish is primarily used in sambar preparations and is not commonly used in other dishes. However, this unique preparation is exclusively served in many South Indian hotels and is relatively unknown to many. The dish is quite easy to prepare and can be cooked within a few minutes.

One of the significant challenges in cooking with radish is its unappetising smell. The strong smell can be quite off-putting and overpowering for some people, making the dish unpalatable. However, there is a trick to remove the unpleasant odour and enhance the flavour of the dish. In this recipe, I have shared the secret to eliminating the unappetising smell and making it a delightful stir fry recipe.
