Red Kidney Beans/Rajma - 11/2
Water - as needed
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chillies - 3
Tomato - 1 (Large)
Plain Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
INSTRUCTIONS

2. To Soak - Clean and wash the red kidney beans in 2-3 exchanges of water.
3. Take a deep bowl add the washed kidney beans and fill in the 3-4 cups of water.
4. Soak overnight or at least 8 hours.

6. To Boil - In a pressure cooker, add the soaked kidney beans and fill it in with 3-4 cups of water.
7. Cook for 12-15 whistles or until softly cooked.
